When they were announcing the C.E of Heavensward, they mentioned how there would be a digital C.E without the statue and that it would be cheaper, because the C.E is pretty pricey.

You can preorder the game right now, however since no release date is known the release date they will give you is 12/31/2015. As soon as one is announced the date will change. Also at that time it is likely that they will start taking digital orders.

They hinted at a release around May/June so I would think sometime after March, preorders might begin to appear. I just hope the CE is the same globally, We dont need anymore moldy mugs.
