"Only show my detrimental effects" filtering my DoTs

    Time:
    February 5th, ~6:00 AM PST

    Frequency:
Fairly often lately, 0-3 times per Syrcus Tower run

    World name:
    Ultros

    Character name:
    Angela Moray

    NPC name:
    n/a

    Monster name:
    n/a

    Class/Level:
    Ninja/50

    Party or solo:
    Party/24-man raid

    In-game time:
    ~12 pm server?

    Area and coordinates:
    Syrcus Tower and n/a

    Steps:
    1. Have "Display only detrimental effects you inflict" under HUD setting enabled.
    2. Be fighting a monster/boss with a high amount of debuffs, presumably a requirement--I've never seen this happen outside a 24-man. Possibly also due to being grouped with other Ninjas, but haven't paid super close attention to this problem yet.
    3. Be doing normal rotation, applying Mutilate / Shadow Fang as usual.
    4. Shadow Fang and/or Mutilate sometimes does not show up when re-applied, as if being filtered as someone else's debuff.
    5. Attempting to re-apply Shadow Fang and/or Mutilate does not cause the debuff to reappear.
    6. Waiting for the debuff to expire (though you can't see it for it's timer, obviously...) and then re-applying it corrects the issue.

    Connection Specs
    - Type of internet connection/provider:
    Broadband / Time Warner Cable

    - Modem maker/model number:
    Motorola SB6121

PC Specs; I legitimately could not figure out how to produce specs akin to the sample in the sticky, which seems like a really big problem to me. No instructions? Here's a dxdiag, in any case:

Anyway, this bug is obviously a problem as it is extremely difficult to perform correctly as a DPS when you can't even see the timers of your own debuffs. These aren't debuffs that are overwritten by others, either, like Dancing Edge and Storm's Eye.
