Regarding Character Creation Restrictions On Lodestone Not Matching Servers in game

Heyas I saw that Gilgamesh was available to new characters on the Lodestone Post

But when I get in games and go to try and make a new character its a no go. Kinda frustrating when the websites says one thing the game says another.

I have been trying to create a character on Diabolos for two weeks now. I have followed the website and I have been ready at the EXACT times that the status for Diabolos changes from closed to open for character creation. I have sent numerous messages for help and thus far no one has been able to help. This is very frustrating as I stayed on for 24 hours looking at the character creation every 15 minutes as the website has been misleading

I tried yet again this morning 7:14 est. Your website read that diabolos is open, yet it was not. I tried again at 7:36 AM EST, the website still reads that Diabolos is open, yet it is not. This is ridiculous

I can't make a new character either. I'm gonna quit if they don't fix it soon.

2/15/2015 tried again 7:52 a.m. est and again the websiste reads that nearly all are open and diabolos is closed on the game and not on the website
