    Legacy Titles still not showing up

    Hello! I am wondering what the status is on the Legacy titles not showing up for characters? I got the achievement "Chock-full of Elemental Goodness" back in 1.0 but I still have not gotten the title "Crystal Bearer" back after 2.0 hit. Any news/info would be great!
