There are also some UI differences between the two versions. The PS4 version has a currency and inventory display in its HUD that I don't believe the PS3 has.

Because of the PS4's redesigned controller you also have a touchpad you can make us of, which I've found very useful when moving furnishings around. It's much easier to select a piece of furniture with the touchpad than trying to find the one item you want to move in a list of 100+ other items.

Besides that, I think all the changes have to do with the graphical power of the PS4, namely the load times, changed physics, resolution, frame rate, and the like.
