One big difference i noticed was little animations were different, like how my robe flowed when i moved, as well as my hair, and uh, my character's boobs began to jiggle when i moved.

I am now officially on the PS4. It took a little tinkering to get the UI to how I liked it on the PS3. I definately say that the changes in FF14 from PS3 to PS4 are more profound than FF11 when I started on PS2 and played it on 360 when SoA was released.
My one gripe: On the PS3, I could get the chat textsize large enough for me to feel comfortable reading. On PS4, even at the largest font, it's still a bit smaller than I prefer.

I don't understand people saying the PS3 doesn't have jiggle effects. My roeboobs definitely jiggle on mine lol
After swapping to PS4 and hating it for a week because settings from PS3 to PS4 do not transfer as nicely... Now I really don't notice a difference. Sure it's prettier, and loads faster, but beyond that there is really no difference between the 2 and I can swap between them as needed.
end ps3 support so we can get rid of load screens and invisible walls
