Stuck: Ramuh EX quest

how do i unlock ramuh EX?
according to this site -> http://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wi..._%28Extreme%29

I need 3 quest done : Main Scenario Quest: Brave New Companions, Trials: Thornmarch (Extreme) and The Whorleater (Extreme)

i have cleared all 3 of them but the npc who gives ramuh EX quest (Scarlet, new gridania) doesnt have anything for me.

proof i have finished all 3 quest

This is what it looks like for me before I have finished Thornmarch EX and Whorleater EX....



You don't even see this? (I mean, I know you did them... but if you followed the quest line, it should be ready right after those other Ex's.)

There must be something missing or something is really bugged.

There was a post on Reddit about another quest blocking Ramuh Ex, did you happen to see the quest called "A Bad Bladder" instead? (Related Reddit Thread)

yeah the bad bladder was blocking it :/ didnt know have to clear it

They really ought to do something about those multiple quests from the same NPC... Brangwine in Mor Dhona won't let you take one of the Zodiac quests unless you've cleared her optional and daily quest A Morbid Motivation (for Novus relic).
