My vision of a new queue system.

You can switch already. With this system you just have a clear understanding of what you get IF you switch. I.e. longer queues and maybe more wins.... or faster queues on a possibly losing team. It gives players the option to balance things out on their own.

And I agree the system itself would not solve the issue but it would give players the ability to fix it themselves with little change to the current system and we wouldn't have to wait 3 month until the next big patch.
