I remember seeing people being highly supportive of limiting slaughter to 24-man, and leaving secure to 72 and 24. I can understand why after playing 72 slaughter for a bit.

Though personally, this was what made 24-man slaughter ideal for me:


Something so ridiculous and at the same time so incredibly fun that just wouldn't be practical or viable in 72 due to how alliance interaction works. Feels like it opens up far more options and levels the playing field a bit in terms of LBs.

Of course its not going to stop pre-made cometeor groups, but its a lot easier to deal with when everyone around you can be easily accounted for and spreading out a bit is somewhat safer with less enemies present.
