I recently bought a new Samsung LED 6350 TV and am now experiencing a weird issue where everything in the background will almost "flicker" / "flash" or dim out whenever I move the camera, or my character is moving. It's almost like a very drastic strobe-like effect and has rendered the game unplayable. Items like trees, grass, bushes, detailed walls, etc.... NPC's, PC's, enemies, minions, static items such as tables, chairs, etc. are all fine.

Thinks I've tried:

Put the TV in game mode, very minimal difference.

New HDMI cable, no change.

Shut off every image processing effect I can on the TV, no change.

Changed color range on both PS4 & TV - no effect

I've changed every picture setting available on the TV, and nothing. The best I can get it to where the flashing is least noticable is with sharpness turned down to zero (which looks like garbage).

Tried different HDMI input on TV, nothing.

Hooked my PS4 back up to my old TV - Works flawlessly.

Tried other PS4 titles - they look amazing with no motion issues / flashing. It's only a FFXIV issue on this new Samsung TV.

I've contacted Samsung, they claim its an issue with the PS4.

Contacted Sony, they blame it on the Samsung and SE.

I'm out of ideas and I've tried every possible solution I've found with google... Hoping someone here can help with this - as stated above, this is a game breaking issue that is too obscene to ignore.

Thanks!
