Invite a Friend Reward

Not sure where to post this but I was wondering how long after your invited friend subs for 90 days that the chocobo mount is delivered? Friend subbed for 90 days last week after their 30 free sub, and I have yet to receive the reward mount.

You should have gotten it as soon as they subbed. The friend code is supposed to be registered upon subscription and the e-mail that you have linked to you account would have received a notifying email to let you know someone had registered your friend code. If this was not the case then your friend may have accidentally forgot to enter it. If you did receive the email I would consider submitting a ticket.

Under "Your account" tab in your friend's account page, given he was still in TRIAL PERIOD, there is a small tab "Enter Recruit friend's code". Entering the code that your friend received in his recruit email,you will receive another confirmation email to notify you about the process was done. Then as soon as you friend sub, you should have the appropriate rewards right away.

Note: The code HAS TO ENTER BEFORE he subscribe ( before trial period time out) for it to work. If he has forgotten to enter the code upon officially subscribing to the game ( either by game time card or other methods) the code won't work.
