Wind Up Ixal minion

So after about ten months of putting off Beast Tribe quests, I decided to start doing 'em for the minions. I am currently Rank 6 Honored with the Ixal but do not see where I can buy the Wind Up Ixal from the vendor. Am I missing something? It's the one that sells assorted crafting items, replacement gloves, dyes, etc. Is there another vendor that I'm missing?

Ixal beast tribe quest actually max out at 8, unlike the others that max out at 6. At Rank 8 the minion will be available.

Just to add to this: ALL of the tribes max out at 8 but ONLY after you have completed the special quest series that unlocks after you hit the initial caps (rank 6 for all but Ixal, 8 for Ixal). When you reach rank 8 with all the tribes be sure to return to their vendors as they each unlock a second minion at rank 8.

pretty sure I got my minion avaible at rank 7 which im caped at since i only done the ixcali one

I only do Ixali for sealant, Capped at Rank 7 (sworn)

Everyone thats not still ranking up is probably doing them for sealants. Either for making 150-200k/day or gathering them up for crafting.
