    Job tweaks for expansion or update please!

    Paladin:
    -Passive Trait: gain % of healing received as MP.

    Shield Bash OFF the global cooldown.

    Warrior:
    -Passive Trait: increase damage dealt by 1% per 8% HP missing? I dunno.
    OR
    -Passive Trait: gain TP when taking damage.

    Monk:
    Tweak Greased Lightning to fall off per stack instead of all at once?

    Chi-Bast (30 second CD?) - deal 100 potency of unaspected damage to target per Greased Lightning stack. Applies some sort of debuff to target?

    Dragoon:

    Some sort of ground targeted Jump ability, so you can jump to an area without having to need an enemy to target.

    Bard

    Glorious Anthem Song - Increases the charge rate of the Limit Break meter?

    Mending Sonata Song - Increase healing received by a %?

    Passive Trait - Ruin now grants a stack of <blank> per cast, at X stacks your next Energy Drain is free.

    Enkindle Tweak - instead of a lackluster ability from the Egi, have it become the actual Primal for like 20-30 seconds gaining huge stat boosts and maybe altered abilities? Would make the 5minute cooldown worth it.

    I'm totally for the TP gain though.

    Monk: Give them same HP and Physical defense as dragoon. They don't need any more attack buffs. Maybe a little more potent AOE move (nothing on par with blm), and a ranged attack off GCD or sth.

    Dragoon: Sounds good

    Bard: Rescale the Weapon damage to patch 2.3. The nerf in 2.4 is uncalled for.
    Give them skill to apply own piercing debuff because too reliant on dragoon. Abolish debuff for paeon / ballad. It isn't necessary with the WD difference.

    Ninja - Give them same HP and Physical defense as dragoon. unnerf the Ninjutsu damage, but keep the TP nerf. The ninjitsu nerf is basically the direct result of DRGs (justified - they needed a buff) and incompetent Monks that can't do top DPS even though they have all the tools to do so complaining.

    Summoner - good idea.

    BLM - maybe give them a new DOT or something. No buff on AOE damage but Single Target damage is still quite low compared to melee. They get a lot of flack for being 'easy to play' but I think they're really hard to optimize considering all the AOEs in this game. Need to take lots of risks to maximize DPS.

    Or it would simply be like WoW during Burning Crusade where you had 5-7 Shaman on standby outside the instance to swap in for when Bloodlusts were on cooldown.

    (neither option is good)

    LOL. But that double attack though....

    I would like to see that, and if it is a CD, it needs to be cross classed or just on weapons. Double attack is HAWT SAUCE!!!

    I'd love to see a mechanic like this for the Dragoon, or something similar.

    Lancet
    Recast: 90s
    Duration: 20s
    Using certain actions while under the effect of Lancet will grant Decimate . Each unit of Decimate increases critical hit rate by 5%. When five units are stacked, you will become Enraged. All Decimate is lost when Lancet ends.

    Heavens Dive
    Recast 90s
    Delivers an attack with a Potency of 500
    Can only be executed when Enraged. All Decimate is lost when used.
    Additional Effect: Increases target's damage taken by 10%
    Duration: 10s

    Actions that Grant Decimate:

    Chaos Thrust, Full Thrust, Phlebotomize, Jump, Spineshatter Dive, Dragonfire Dive
