Do you not remember when multiple bards were used in 2.0? I think that bards will have to accept only bad/casual bards will ask for buffs because any good bard is beyond an asset to any raid and group.

There is no situation where a bard is not actively sought in the game right now. For the most healthy and overplayed job the last thing ff needs is the op days of bards to be brought back into the game.
