Skilled with limited play time? Static 7/8 needs replacement

Our static has had some trouble over the past few months filling a tank role for FCOB. We also had the same issue for T9 with some weeks where we raided very little. We are looking for a paladin tank for our static who can keep attendance with our limited raid times.

We are a mature group that has raided together since the end of T5. Since we all have fairly busy schedules IRL our schedule is:

Tuesday and Sunday nights starting 1030 pm EST for 3 hours each

We learn encounters fairly quickly since we have limited raid times. We would expect that someone joining us could do the same. We currently clear T10 and have gotten to <15% on T11 this past Sunday. For the past few weeks, we have been teaching a tank T10 and T11 each time we go which has slowed us down considerably. We all want to get to T13 as soon as possible. We should be moving on to T12 this week if things work out.

We expect our members to know their class and how to tune stats, use the right food and use pots/potions as necessary.

We would also be willing to discuss the addition of an exceptional melee dps instead of a tank and having a melee change to paladin, although this would be a small step back gear-wise.

Also, we would be willing to clear T9 for someone who has hit a wall with T9 pugs and would otherwise fit in well with our static.

I'm interested I have T10 clear on a weekly basis and am at 25% on T11 but your run time starts a bit later than what I need could it be adjusted at all?
