I recently had a GM ticket promptly replied to. Yay! In the reply was this:

"To submit feedback, please visit the forums and make a post with any suggestions you may have for our teams. "

My suggestion is this: Add a Support Desk topic to be able to view the entire User Agreement in game. While there is a topic for "prohibited activities," that's not the wording that comes to mind when one is looking for whether or not something is a breach of the Terms of Service, nor does the topic list the actual User Agreement or even link to it.

To be clear, players need an intuitive help desk that makes it very clear what abuses should be reported, and how to go about reporting them properly.

Making it clear what forum to post on for suggestions asked for by GMs would also be nice. The process of reporting the abuse then figuring out where to suggest making that easier took over an hour.
