Quick Confirmation on Blue Flame Debuff (T12)

If you are too close to the boss when he casts red fire, it will wipe the blue fire debuff off of you. Red fire can also cause the blue fire to evaporate off the ground, so it needs to be placed a ways away from the boss.

The way my group handles it, is by tanking phoenix against the northwest wall (instant death pillar appears directly north) and place the blue fire at the southern end of the central ring. Then, whoever gets the tether, just runs into the blue fire and triggers the explosion.
