Chocobo racing and triple triad should block the DF, but the minigames, deck management, and chocobo breeding stuff shouldn't

I can see this. Specifically Chocobo Racing I actually expect to be in DF because it's against other players in groups. And TT may or may not be depending on if it's against an NPC or an actual player.

But other minor stuff like this definitely should not block DF, and I don't think it will.

TT i imagine blocking the DF simply because it CAN be done against other players, and if they didn't people would come to the forums and complain about the lockout they got when they were "THIS CLOSE!" to beating Rowena.
