I'm sorry about this but I really had no idea where to place this issue. I thought this may have been a bug or a technical problem, but maybe I'm wrong on both accounts.

When my fiance (in real life) and I found out that we could get married in game we thought it would be fun. This past December, we did the quest the Ties that Bind after getting the free standard package from the mog station. We completed the quest up until the actually having the ceremony part. We decided to upgrade our wedding to the gold package that way our guests would get a minion and we could get a new mount.

We didn't realize that there were any issues until we tried to make adjustments to our ceremony. After doing research I found that we should have up graded our ceremony before doing the quest?

My fiance and I have contacted square a couple of times each only to continually be directed here to the forums and the eternal bond website. I've searched the forums and have found nothing pertaining to this particular issue.

I would hate to have to go through the refund process as we'd really rather have the mount and minion. Is there a fix for this?
