Regarding the lack of interracial couples, weren't the Lalafels in the Ul'dah portion different races? I could have sworn one was a dunefolk and one was a plainsfolk...

Regarding inter-species couples, my understanding is that, lore-wise, it was extremely taboo in Eorzea. Moedryn (or however you spell her name) isn't from Eorzea, right? So, her pursuit of Urianger makes sense - he's incredibly uncomfortable about it, and she doesn't see a problem with it, since they're coming from different cultures. Or do I have that mixed up? Regardless, inter-species "couples" are extremely taboo in the real world too, for obvious reasons.

There is some excellent feedback about the event at the beginning of this thread, and I will make sure to bring that to the Community team's attention so they can provide that feedback to the developers.
