3rd Retainer by Default, please?

Considering they will continue to add more new Jobs into FF14, a 3rd Retainer is a good idea since with new Jobs arrive more new Weapons and possibly more armor designed to be used for the specific Job like how Ninja and Monk use separate gears at ilvl 120 and higher.

However, they may put a Venture limit to how many Retainers can go on a Venture. Most likely the limit may be placed on 2 Ventures are allowed to be active.
