Your ping, unless you live in SEA (or eastern end of Russia) is not much worse, (and often better in some EU countries) then the West coast of America.

I live in SEA and play on an NA server. My ping is not much over 280ms on a bad day, and I live nearly 3 times the distance anyone in EU does from the server.
Even with this ping, the game is extremely playable at an end game/raid level.

If your ping is over 200, in most parts of EU, then your ISP is an issue.
