Leve Reward Refresh

I think you're misunderstanding the patch notes. I'm pretty sure they are referring to triple turn-in leves. Doing one or two turn-ins and then abandoning will change your available leve rewards as if you had completed a leve.

I believe this was to fix an exploit where you could keep doing double turn-in of the same reward indefinitely. I can't be sure on that though as I didn't know about it prior to the patch notes, after which I saw someone mention it.
