When you're in a party and you're the healer, after every heal, go back to passive mode to restore Mp.

For soloing, meh I don't solo.

You get Stygian Spikes at rank 16 and Siphon MP at rank 20 which makes it easier, and Conjurer has an ability called Spiritbind which halves mp cost while active (binding you at the same time).

Thanks for the great fast replies, one other thing. How effective are INT MND PIE respectively? i'm leaning towards a balance of int and mind 1:1 and piety at about .5

As it stands now certain stats aren't doing what they are meant to do, I would focus on VIT and MND as these boost your HP and MP directly. Piety may also affect certain things, like how much MP is taken with Siphon MP.

INT isn't bad, but you get a lot more "bang for your buck" with MND (increases MP and heal potency), VIT (increases HP and phys defense), or PIE (increases damage of DoT spells and the amount of MP recovered by Siphon MP).

I find int absolutely useless, some may not agree but most do. PIE raises the DoT damage, modifies the drain/siphon mp/siphin tp spells(IE raise the amount you recieve), and is supposed to modify magic accuracy.

MND raises your over all MP pool. It also raises mag resistance as well as it modifies hoe much you can heal for.

I can verify that piety does alot for the DoTs and siphons as THM. charts have been made, I recommend doing a blog search, toms of good information.

What worked for me, was adding evenly to vit/mnd/pie, i think with gear I hit about 115-125ish in all 3.

poison II is the highest damage per mana spent in the game as of now
Bio and BIO II (umbral)does disease DoT and debuffs the mobs damge output
Dia Dia II (astral) does consumes the target from within doing DoT and reducing targets defence.
scourge us umbral and banish is astral
    umbral is water/ice/earth
    astral is fire/wind/lightening

Since all thm spells are mostly umbral i put all my points into water/ice/earth...although i did get the other 3 to 50 as well
