Need System Message for when a player places/removes waymarks

1. Your analogy makes no sense. No extra action is required on the part of the person making/clearing the mark.
2. There's already an option to hear when a mark is placed on a person.

2. I have searched the option menus for both system configuration and character configuration, and have found no indication of this. Unless you meant custom macros.

I don't know why your acting like this is complicated. So someone is spamming the marks removing and placing them during battle. If this causes a wipe everyone knows who did it and that person gets kicked. I would rather my log get filled with messages by who's doing it than not know and have it keep happening.
