Need System Message for when a player places/removes waymarks

1. Your analogy makes no sense. No extra action is required on the part of the person making/clearing the mark.
2. There's already an option to hear when a mark is placed on a person.

1. Then let's put it this way, a bell rings everytime a penny is taken, or all the pennies are in a very noisy jar. Better?
2. I have searched the option menus for both system configuration and character configuration, and have found no indication of this. Unless you meant custom macros.
