Phoenix Weekly Lottery is an effort of bringing the amazing community of Phoenix together on one weekly event. We will stream the event every week so people can watch it live as well as participate. The host will be FEARandy and we are kickstarting this by adding a massive 44M Jackpot (Gil) to this week's prizepool.

How the drawing works:

- Ticket price: 40.000 Gil -> Buy as many tickets as you want.
- Chose your winning ticket: Pick four numbers between 1-15. (Has to be varying numbers)

Example ticket: 5, 2, 15, 10 would make your winning ticket > 2, 5, 10, 15 in ascending order.

- We will use random.org to help crown the lucky winner(s)

Details on the drawing:

- The drawing will be livestreamed through: http://www.twitch.tv/andyFEAR
- The drawing will take place at 6:00pm ST / 7:00 GMT+1
- The video of the drawing, as well as the winners will be posted on the forums with the amount each winner won.
- If we are not able to crown a winner, the prizepool will carry over to next week's pot for an insane Jackpot

Math behind the drawing:

- The odds of picking the winning ticket is 1 in 1365.
- 80.6% of the ticket price goes to the prizepool
- 16.4% of the ticket price goes to growing the lottery (Our main goal is to grow every week making insane prizes)
- 3% administration fee. This is split between three hosts, which if you do the maths on this is very low compared to how many hours we will put into this.
