http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest.../text_command/ Go there and look for "Place holders" tab, there's everything targetting/inserting a name to chat related commands.

i.e If I have a played called Jackie Chan targetted and I type <t> in my chat. When I press enter the game changes the <t> into Jackie Chan.
