Want to say thank you to him again was very nice and very helpful. I sent a report about ads mount counter being off and got a answer about rmt not from him. He was came face to face we spoke and was very helpful unlike the first gm might have made a mistake. I hope all GM are like him and SE do your best to keep this one he is one of the best i have had to deal with and was nice of him to come and talk to me about another gm mistake and help lead me to where i need to go about my true problem.

Either I don't know, or I can't remember what a GM looks like in person. I seem to recall being at a big server event that had one come and people were coming around him, but PS3 limitations.
