Hello there, I am Falsetto Fortissimo. I ran with one of your FC Members during a pug of Shiva EX. They were quite rude, people were new and they insisted on just being quite stand offish and non-cooperative. I understand that when people join PUGs, they think they are above the normal standards of behavior in terms of the game. I'm here on behalf of just myself to speak out to the leader. I have screenshots here of their rather toxic behavior but I will not post them, because I don't wish to publicly humiliate someone. But I would like you to know that they are going to be reported. People were there to learn the fight and instead they got chastised instead. So this is just a reminder, don't think you're exempt from being reported just because you're on another server.

To Everyone Reading This: Just because you join a pug in Duty Finder, doesn't excuse bad behavior. Don't be a jerk. If people are in a DF to learn, let them learn. Do not go in expecting a 100% clear ratio. People are only human, and human error will always happen if people do not understand how fights or mechanics work. Thank you.
