Misunderstanding Skill Speed

Make it increase animation speed so I can feel like Mario with the hammer.

Really though, Skill/Spell Speed would be far more useful if it effected DoTs and HoTs. We'd still just aim for certain breakpoints to get that extra tick, sure, but it would be far more appealing to see gear with Speed on it than it is right now.

One thing people aren't talking a lot about with skill speed, is that "running out of tp" is not its only detriment.

In situations where TP is a complete non-issue skillspeed is still a bad stat compared to crit or det. It just simply doesn't boost your dps as much as those do even well before you run into the TP problems it gives.
