Wont really work due to the fact that each server are put in cluster. So let's say i'm on primal cluster and your not then i can't do dungeon with you or even talk to you with this said system. There 3rd party tools out there that allow you to talk ingame with other from what i heard from other but this is not allow and get you ban. So maybe with add-on come out SE can support this type of add-on.
