Rare, Shifting Boss FATE's (similar to Odin)

    .

SE, you told us that Hunt Marks couldn't be more mechanically complex due to the nature of them being able to spawn virtually anywhere.

Can we instead then have rare, "big bad" BOSS FATE's?

Ones that don't always appear in the same region or spot similar to Odin, but more frequent & tuned, say between, 8-24 players.

Like Odin, the FATE symbol wouldn't appear until you're close to on top of the creature (and only those in close-range would see it).

The rewards shouldn't be such that entire servers would feel the need to come flocking (unlike Hunts & Carbontwines) but they should be of interest.

The lowest tier could scale from 4-8 man's which can appear on a range between 4-8 hours or so.

The highest tier could scale from 8-24 man's which can appear on a range between 6-12 hours or so.

You could even do a tagging system for this where the finder of the FATE starting mob gets a claim on it for 10 minutes. They can invite whomever to participate for reward. If their party wipes or the time expires, the claim is lost & the BOSS FATE instantly switches regions.

Unlike Hunts, this would be "finder's keepers" unless failed in which the "hunt is on" from there. There wouldn't be any bad blood, unlike Hunts, because it'd be completely fair game to claim & challenge the monster.

By design, this would be far healthier than Hunts & more entertaining since these BOSS FATE's could actually have open-world mechanics.

I also propose you implement BOSS TIMEWORN MAPS for solo, light party, & full-party.
