Anyway, moving on from that blatantly aggressive post. We do need some instanced battles/simulations for people to learn how to deal with their role. Particularly the important ones.

Yes and in anything max level you cannot even do trash monsters without the tank .

Since when did I ever suggest that healers and DPS were unimportant? >.> I never recalled suggesting such a thing so why are there people making arguments with over it?

Yes Please! a proper training session for tanking would be great.
I first did Sastasha as a tank not knowing anything about aggro management. The level 10 Guildhest didn't really teach me that. Fortunately the group I was with stopped to try to explain a bit to me, though they were still annoyed. They thought at first that I was one of those bots that run along Duty Finder.

That's an incredibly crummy attitude. PUGs are PUGs for a reason. Sometimes you get a good party and sometimes you get a bad one. Sometimes you get a good player having an off day. This is just a game and PUGs are just people. The only way to learn a job is through experience and the rest of the world does not owe you a good party.
