This probably has been addressed several times, but just want to add another notch to the tally.

I just started playing again after a year of inactivity, and recently transferred to Jenova to play with some friends. I've been spammed relentlessly by Gil Sellers. It was never this bad on Sargatanas, and I think I had maybe 50-60 total in the first 6 months playing, now only a week on this server I'm up to over 60 blocked names.

Suggestions:
- Include inability to message people if you are level 1 unless they are your friend.
- Right click -> Report for RMT
- Option to block messages from Level 1 players or under level 10.
