We all know this game is horrendous with RNG. But to make ya'll feel better (mainly for me ) and to explain that sometimes magical things do happen - here's what happened:


Im in the midst of collecting the items from dungeons for my zodiac, I get to the part where I need to do Snowcloak for the item within.

Now I've been farming this dungeon for weeks trying to get the feet and chest token as well. I gave it a break for a long while - coz it never dropped, till I got the quest for the item needed from it as well.

I do it 1st go last night, feet drops from 1st boss, everyone rolls need and I win by 6 points. Get to the last boss and he drops the chest, all roll, I win by 1 point. Everyone says grats and exit and when I do the item dropped as well

I was so excited I forgot to take some screenshots and it was like 4am lol

So there you have it, have faith people, wondrous things will happen to you as well

I love those little strokes of luck when RNG finally seems to let up on you a bit. Not much of a story, but I ended up getting the Enkidu minion the very first time I ran the dungeon on a 99 roll. Pretty sure that'll never happen for me again. xD

I got the Garuda pony on my third Garuda EX kill. I think I used up all of my luck in this game right there, haha.

Once I meant to get 3 HQ Crafts for my Masterbook 2, opting to do my 5 NQ Supra afterwards, letting the botched HQ's buffer it. So in 3 attempts, around 80%, 70% and 20% (Around those ranges) all HQ'd flawlessly.

Then I decided to buy the mats to get my NQ Supra, and on the 5th one, 1%, it HQ'd that too.

Now I have an odd HQ Intricate Silver Brocade I have no idea what to do with.

5/5 when some one congratulated me on my Zodiac quest I got the drop.....

The luckiest I've ever gotten was back during 2.0:

A group's dragoon's computer died, so they needed a melee dps for T1-4. I (monk) PM'ed the lead and told him I had done T1 and T2/rot, but not seen T4. He said that was good enough and took me. We 1-shot all the fights we set out to do and I asked if we could zone in to T5 so that I could see it. After a brief discussion, he decided we could kill it too since the dragoon already had his spear. Then the monk fists dropped when we killed it.
