Dynamic Raid AoE

We've seen growing AoEs in the game before, but only on circular patterns, nothing custom. As for the rest, Heavensfall in Turn 9 is already a variant on that.

And given how bad moving AoE hitboxes are in this game (hi Glasya), I'd rather not want something I'd have to be continually well ahead of just to ensure I'm not taking damage. Something like Garuda Tornadoes or the aforementioned Heavensfall (pattern #3) would be preferable.
