If it's the case, there is no more reason to not making official parsers ingame , a duel option is way worse when it come to gaming harassments than parsers xD even when you have an option to opt out duels.
Because, even if you are opting out for duel, you can expect to get your daily tells like : "Duel?", "Dudu???", "Why u no duel noob?!" etc.

I'm all up for your duel option if it can make some people happier but please enlarge the BlackList limitation, so other can continue their PVE activities in a game that is mainly PVE.
