Tracking Down some Gear

So I'm a roleplayer (yay!) and I saw a Miqo wearing some really awesome robes, but they were Glamoured and at the time I wasn't aware that by holding the cursor over the item would eventually show what the glamour revealed. On top of that, she didn't tell me what the robes were, so now I'm going a tad crazy to try and find it.

So, with the help of people far more adept at gear than I, I hope to locate it! Much internets to the one who assists!

So, from my recollection, it had a sort of black, feathery motif, not unlike Scylla's Robe of Casting, but I remember the bottom half not having the huge dress and instead being long straps or feathers.. My recollection isn't fantastic, but it looked proper great and I was hoping that people might be able to throw ideas my way so I can track down this elusive attire.

However, should it be the gear I suggested, is there a way to interpose different leggins over the lower half so as to change the lower half of the dress?

It's the PvP body for bards. Available as both, i-100 and i-110 (with different dye patterns).

No, it had these straps or long feathers for the lower body but not a real dress or anything. Revealed the leggings.
