    Got scam by SHop of squarenix ...

    i help My brother buy Pc Download and he get prepaid mastercard .. and we get stock on the "thank you order succes wait little till order is procees and detail .........." its been change on card i see it online. i see the order detail on final fantasy but i dont see any order number ..and i didnt get any email for key and all his info is uptodate. Email , adress and all. so i do research and send me to www.findmyorder.com to get my code ...but weird while on squarenix the email and 5last MC card digit find the order .... the site "findmyorder.com" say my email not correct and i got no order ..... but the company who charged me is digitalriver (seing it on card info online). and i try to contact someone. i only get automatic people sending me to "www.findmyorder" ... pointless

    and my brother already got scam by wallmart selling returned DVD with code already used ... and now he dont get his email ....WTH


    EDIT : PS .sorry for my mistype ...im kinda piss off ..cos i cant find any phone number to call them ..they pretty hide them well. and all help is all robot that send you to the place im asking help cos its dont work.

    Lemme help make some sense of this:

    Her brother has bought the PC download of the game using his prepaid mastercard, when he bought it he got a confirmation notice and was told it will take some time to process, his card has been charged for the order and you can see the confirmation of this but you don't see an order number and you didn't get an email for the game registration key. All your information is up to date, email, etc. you used findmyorder to confirm your order status but found nothing and it stated you dont have an order. you tried to contact support but you only get an automated response.

    I suggest contacting Square Enix Customer Support with as much information as possible, whether it be online chat service or telephone/email. they'll be able to help, are you sure you purchased it off the Square Enix Store?

    is it cos they are close the sunday so that why my brother didnt get any email of the order normaly that is automatic not supposed to be like that

    Yeah support is offline weekends, however there is a localization number to call. check out here: http://support.eu.square-enix.com/

    Thats the EU version of the support. hopefully all the information you need is here

    Yeah, unfortunately these types of orders are handled by Digital River and they're simply horrible to deal with (on top of being really, really slow - both with physical and digital products). And on the weekends they're next to useless.

    There's just really no excuse. You could have (for example) ordered a digital copy of FFXIV from Amazon.com and the key would have been delivered to you *immediately*. Digital River, on the other hand, can take several days to "verify" your billing before providing you with a key, and it's ridiculously difficult to cancel your order with them.

    I keep hearing this from people, every time I've ordered from them though, I get my items ahead of the shipping date though O_o. Weird.

    so it could take day with them to send email?? if you say so i should wait few day to see if i received it. cos i know when my other brother bought is PS3 one didnt took long and mine either .. so was like should take 4 hour to wait... but i should see maybe in 1-2 days and contact them ..i just wonder why i cant check my order on the digital river ..but i can on squarenix ..are they that slow ???

    There's your problem. Digital River is hands down, one of the worst companies in the world when it comes to things like this. I have never had something go smoothly with them. Things are slow, take multiple emails/phone calls, and several times in the past I've even had to simply get refunds for things. Of course, said refunds can take weeks or even months.
