Macros bugged?

For some reason my macros only seem to work 50% of the time.

For example sometimes my provoke macro will just randomly spam the macro text in the chat log and do nothing.

I think its just a bad/incomplete feedback from the macro system. For example: using " /ac Taunt <t> " while not having taunt set will result in what you get from your provoke macro instead of a proper error message. I think its a known issue that is just flagged as low priority.
