Such a judgemental man. Cannot see beyond the words you hear. You, once a warrior and now a dragoon. I'm sure such a 'gentleman' has plenty of blood on your hands too...And yet you judge others and throw such insults. I would never raise a hand to a lover. Yes, that might mean others may fall before me in the process. It comes with the strength to protect from any that would wish harm. Ask this gentleman what he would do in such a situation. Would he take down those that would wish you harm? Would he flee, which is not in the nature of a gentleman? If he would stand and fight and take down others to keep you safe, he would show himself as a hypocrite to his very words.
