How Should We Manage our Blacklist?

    Hi,

I've been reporting and blacklisting RMT spammers using all the available instructions provided by support.

My blacklist filled (200 entry limit) with RMT spammer entries within 40 days of starting the game. I usually start my gaming session by clearing the 20 top (oldest) entries in my blacklist to make room for all the new RMT reports I'll need to file.

The form response from support says that blacklisting "is only meant to be a temporary resolution while we investigate, and you can remove them from your blacklist in the future once we have had time to complete our investigative process."

Here are the technical support questions I have regarding this process:

    1) Is there any way for me to know that your investigative process is complete, and I may remove the offending entry? Only about 1 out of 30 ever change to (deleted).

    2) Does the process I'm currently using -- clearing several old blacklist entries to make room for the new ones -- meet SE's expectations of how I should participate in the RMT reporting process?

The reporting/blacklisting/closing and blacklist management process takes a substantial amount of time away from my gameplay, and is always disruptive to my in-game activities. I want to be sure that I'm doing my part to eliminate RMT spammers by reporting them, and that I'm doing so with as little personal impact as possible so that I may enjoy my subscription.

Any additional advice you can provide that will make RMT advertisements less of a burden on my gameplay, while still providing support with the information they need, is appreciated.

    Thank you.

SE seems to not care about its player basis. but to make ficticious claims it is doing something about RMT. so it seems.
