    Support Desk Icon Keeps Returning - Query Answered Constantly

    So I had to report an issue to SE in game, and now this support flashing icon will NOT go away. I am constantly getting this:

    Your Support Desk query has been answered. To view the reply, access Recent Replies & Notices located under the Support Desk's Information tab.
    I have gone into the History & Information tabs and:

    Clicked on the Inquiry > Closed > Close this Issue? > Ok > This issue is closed > Ok

    about 10-12 times now and then logged out and logged in. It goes away... then an hour later the Support icon comes back again and I get the messages again!

    How do I stop this because it is getting highly annoying with it popping up constantly.

    I am having the same issue.... It's annoying me like crazy..... What is the fix for this?
