So I have not made any changes to my retainer service or billing options, yet I log in and it shows contract suspended. Looking at my billing cycle I was charged on December 31st so I am thinking my billing cycle ended right when the free login weekend started.

As such I have not been charged my monthly subscription and the retainers are now unavailable. This seems like a huge bug/oversight that I cannot access services I pay for.

Need someone in authority to confirm such a bug exists and fix it.
