3 places from Vanadiel would you like to see in FFXIV?

For me it's:
1. Lufaise Meadows - The scenery, the lightning, the music. Such a beautiful place. First spot I checked out during a sneak preview of Promathia during the very first Vanafest. It was held at a small internet cafe here in norcal at The Great Mall in Milpitas. I even won a raffle for a Vanadiel clock that day.

2. Sanctuary of Zi'tah - Growing up in California, I have a deep love for redwoods. The trees and music here were both incredible. I used to come here sometimes just to hear the music long before I was able to level up in <Moon>.

3. Rolanberry Fields - Music and scenery again. This was where I popped up on my first journey to Jeuno where my friend and I were saved by a suicidal level 40ish Samurai named Celestine (yes I still remember his name!) when we got uber aggro. He rounded up all the mobs and died protecting us so we could complete our journey there at way too low of a level. I always waved to him whenever I saw the guy for years after that event.

1 2 and 3: Promyvion!

But no seriously, if going for overall style of places and the like... Still Promyvion, Pso'Xia, Zi'tah.

Not that I want ffxi zones in xiv but I would love to see a open world area akin to bikini bay.

Hell I would kill to see something like the promyvions that music...so tranquil.

What I don't want are amazing zone designs wasted on corridor dungeons.

Would love to see Sanctuary of Zi'tah, Promyvion, and Misareaux Coast. Those three places where amazing and I could actually spend hours there just soaking up the atmosphere.

Promyvion was an amazing zone. The friend I first traveled to Jeuno with was enthralled with that place, actually.

I know these places will never show up in their exact form in FFXIV, but with the obvious similarities in design, perhaps something close could someday show up. Costa Del Sol is like a mini Valkurm, some areas in Shroud are similar to Pashow, Coerthas used to be very similar to Konchtat, etc.

I love this game, I really do. For some reason though, I'm having trouble finding memorable places in it the way I did in FFXI. Even WoW has some memorable spots for me. Eorzea is growing on me, but after a couple of years nothing has really hit me the way some places in FFXI did and I'm not exactly sure why.

Definitely want zi'tah and also would love arrapago reef (with monsters that really made it feel hopeless like 75) and for the third its a toss of of sky or sea.

I love this game, I really do. For some reason though, I'm having trouble finding memorable places in it the way I did in FFXI. Even WoW has some memorable spots for me. It's probably because the ARR has many zones but they all fall under the same regions AND share the same themes, even if they are hand molded to be unique and have many more decoration objects to them. The majority of their naming convention is also sub-region. Example: Central, north, east, south SHROUD. They share similar names and they share the same floor theme, even if they have different flavors and weathers.

The aetherite probably doesn't help either. Now, I'm not gonna demand it to be removed because I've been a massive abuser of this feature but using this feature doesn't hammer the memories of terrains the same way it did with constantly walking back and forth to get to places (those whms wont get my money!). The lack of dangerous monsters in the overworld is probably a factor too. Having dangerous monsters I want to avoid would make me look at my surroundings more and help me memorize nook and crannies more. Hell, I still kinda remember what you're supposed to do to get to the deeper parts of beadeaux. Or oztroja...

Not specific places because these belong to Vana not Hydaelyn, but i would like to see huge open world dungeons plagued with secrets and bosses like The Shrine of Ru'Avitau or Attohwa Chasm.
