Features to report RMT spammers and suspected bots should be implemented to make things easier. I mean they expect players to to go to their website to report RMT and Gold farmers... really? You can't even tab out of this game in fullscreen mode without using software made by independent developers and they expect us to go to a website to report RMT.

There is alot of archaicness to this game, no mail system, separate client to adjust game settings, no IN-GAME reporting tools and other things as well. The previous dev team really screwed the pooch, Yoshi is doing what he can to get things fixed, but some of these things should have been addressed immediately after the new leadership took over.
I wouldn't even say Archaic. Alot of these features have been in games dating back to the 90's! The term you want is 'Feature Incomplete'.

Whats more is I don't buy this 'we took these steps to fight RMT'. They need to bite the bullet and try looking at what other companies are doing to cope with RMT, because frankly SE sucks at it. I rather liked Blizzards move to just sue the crap out of RMT and have their sites shut down.

What would really help is just making money less important in this game. If gil is only useful for things like buying NPC services... well they kind of lose their market. I'd see having mailboxes helping to encourage players to cooperate and help each other out instead of blindly throwing things onto a market to acquire money to buy gear they could otherwise work together to make.

Ever wonder what a game would be like if there was no money...?
