    While I'm sure no one can say they wouldn't like to see this being handled better, I think they're doing a pretty good job. But I've noticed that it depends on your server. I know on mine It's unusual if I get an RMT tell once every few months. It could be because RMT don't have as much success on JP servers or it could be that because I'm an English player they don't target me because our population is too small. Who knows.

    Nothing in here is new, its been well known by most people from players to developers about the rmt issue and they ARE working on it.

    But removing RMT spammers isnt just about flipping a switch.

    It requires investigations because not only do they need to establish that the person beeing reported actually IS a rmt bot.

    Then they need to investigate if the account belongs to a player who lost it or not.

    And by the time that is done theres probably alrdy 5 new ones spamming RMT sales.

    Also you can remove blacklisted rmt bots about 4-5 days after you put them there and they will in most cases be removed, the reason they dont show as "deleted" is that the account gets suspended rather then deleting the character or something i bealive.
