Low Level Roulette needs to allow Preform Parties

The only place this would happen is in DD's first room because of the defense buff. Everything else would level sync players before they get any realistic AoE to kill them in time, or would have too much outgoing damage to keep up because you can't overgear it.

Plus, people already do this for high level roulette which give a heck lot more than the low level roulette bonus.

If you think you need gear to be able to speed run stuff then you probably don't speed run enough. Anyone experienced enough in a dungeon knows where skips are,which parts to avoid and the fastest route, which mobs can be locked out of a boss room etc. Low level stuff is a cakewalk for experienced players in a group together. The point of that bonus in the first place is to encourage players to help low level players clear content and the main reason for that roulette is an EXP bonus so i think level 50's shouldn't be able to queue together for that one.

It's kind of complex though so i don't know if they'd bother doing something like that where a level 50 can queue with somebody of lower level but not a second level 50.

On my PLD/WHM I will only do the LLR for the daily tome and will stop when I'm capped. IMO the 7500 gil tank role bonus is worthless when there are so many other things to do at 50. Maybe turning that 7500gil role bonus into 100 Allied Marks will actually draw tanks and healers into the LLR. I know I would seriously consider it.

I think there are many mis-matches between intent and reward in FFXIV, LLR role bonus is one of it. Allowing premades isn't going to help. You're just gonna have even less tanks and healers because they'll all just earn their daily bonus with buddies and call it a day.

I agree 100% with changing the reward. As there are a lot of things to do on a daily basis, I usually don't bother with LLR anymore. I would definitely do it for 100 allied seals though.

yeah i really only do low roulette for the sake of all the dps waiting hours to progress

I'd like to see the Main Scenario allow parties too. I don't run low level anymore. Getting stuck in a crappy dungeon for 100 tomes isn't worth it (AV). Plus it seems like low level brings out the best in people (sarcasm).

Low level is only there to help people level up and do dungeons for story.

But the problem is most lv50 people see low level roulette as a way to get tomes and not help low level players progress. The roulette was placed for that reason help the solo or low level players. The people who complain are also the first to jump on the PF band wagon. You want to do certain content? use party finder.

Well back at you eleets. If you want to farm tomes them why don't you form a PF and speedrun dungeons.
