I have heard different things about being able to transfer to a locked server. Can you really transfer on when it is locked to character creation? That would be great, as it was a pain making alts to check out some more crowded servers. xD

More on-topic, if I was looking for a high pop NA server I would pick Gilgamesh or Excalibur, or possibly Leviathan or Behemoth. Best of luck with your choice!

I am part of an LGBT LS on Ragnarok, called "Eden Pride" which is pretty active most of the times that I log into the game. We all love having a laugh, a chat, and helping each other out.

:P Hehe. I like it too. Can't tell you how many times that has happened to me in Coerthas with Ixals.

I don't know why people have to add in "LGBT friendly" to their list of requirements. It has nothing to do with the game and your sexuality doesn't affect your ability to play it. Unless you're planning on broadcasting what you do between the sheets, in that case any FC would be bothered by it at some point. I don't tell my FC what my wife and I do after a bottle of wine when the baby's sleeping, so it doesn't matter what their perspective is on my relationship or who I choose to be with.

Can someone explain to me why this is still a thing? I don't care if you like ding dongs or tacos and I don't know anyone in my FC who does either.

I don't mean to come off as being rude. My point is, you're accepted and we all think you're fantastic. This community has never been anti anything but early pulling in my experience and that is what makes it so much better than the other mmo.

For the most part, most FCs I've been don't care and disapproves of people who say offensive things. Being in in a lgbt friendly group is more than just "hey guys I'm ate my gf's tacos last night, lols" It means that you members won't look at your character and say "omg why you wearing that, you look gay" Or say something offensive as a result of ignorance. There's abit more, but it all about maturity level

People still care about someone's sexual orientation? Whatever then...

I haven't met anyone on Behemoth who has issues with this stuff though I'm not really actively looking to find them either. I personally dedicate a lot of my time to helping people learn end game content all the way up to T10 in hopes that the server becomes more proficient at clearing the end game content since majority of end gamers on Behemoth look at you, see you can't one shot something, and rage like 10 year olds who were denied cake. You start to get a feeling for what kind of gamer someone is here after meeting a few of them and you can know who to avoid unless you can get along with anyone regardless of their attitudes, then you can hang out with the more fun, open minded people who are still capable of doing the end game without needing hand holding and without terrible attitude problems.

Still, throughout all my time trying to teach people things like T9, I found that a lot of people really don't have what it takes to ever win. Mostly due to these reasons:
    • Confidence issues.
    • Really bad ADD (nearly impossible to have any kind of situational awareness at all).
    • Extreme impatience to dedicate themselves to learning.
    • Inabilities to look at themselves and find faults in their play style that may need fixing (I know people who are afraid of failure so they don't want to accept that they may have failed in order to correct themselves and improve.
    • Perhaps a lack of seriousness necessary to focus down on a fight and improve themselves. (Maturity issues are usually the reason for this).

But that's not everyone and even the issues I mentioned above can actually be corrected if someone could see that they fall into one or more of these categories.

Still T10-T11 are frequently cleared in party finder these days... I daresay you have a better time getting clears for T10 and T11 than T9 but they are arguably easier than T9. T12 and T13 are commonly on progression for many groups and groups are looking to find replacements all the time for their statics. Shiva Ex is on farm and you have a high chance of winning with any farm group you join. Ramuh Ex is still derpy and hard to get a clear on due to situational awareness issues by the vast majority of players.

If you put together full 8 man VOIP static groups you have a much easier time clearing content cuz people have a lot more situational awareness when someone is shouting in their ear to pay attention during the mechanics lol. But I know a lot of people who don't need the VOIP to focus on content too so it's a mixed bag but people usually go the no nonsense route with statics and require VOIP since it's less stressful than dealing with those people who can't focus on their own.

So these are pretty much my summaries of my experiences with end-game on Behemoth over the last several months. The term 'hand holding' is pretty vague so I am unsure what you meant by that because I consider hand holding to be many things that I won't mention here because I do not want to irk people but I feel like what I just described above is likely all servers lol.

It depends if you are looking for an NA or EU server.

We on Odin are a really nice bunch and our FC is really friendly too. We have from all over the world, from Korea, to Saudi Arabia, the UK and NA too.

The FC itself isn't a raiding FC, but we do have a team and we are currently on T10. We also share a LS with a few other FC's who are generally very nice people.

And we neither care nor think about sexual orientation.

If you ever end up coming over the Odin, feel free to add Sakon Shima and give me a shout
